- This is a Pre-Order item that takes 3-5 weeks to arrive to our Boutique. We will then inspect the item, package it and let you know it is ready for pickup or ship the item to you. Once your item is shipped, you will receive the tracking, any questions once it leaves my hands, you will need to contact your local USPS - I won't be any help beyond this point.
- The pictures you see are pictures provided to me by the supplier or pictures I have taken in real life of product I've received for customers. Occasionally, you may receive something where the color is off a bit. I can not refund for this, it is out of my control.
- Always review the size chart for accuracy. If I know the item runs small or big, you will see the item tagged that way, but it's still up to you to measure.
- Sizing Tip for shoes- check the Euro size on a pair of your normal shoes and match with the Euro size on the size chart provided. If you are in between sizes, size up.
